Gail is an orthopedic specialist with over 18 years experience in outpatient private practice settings. She considers each patient’s unique set of musculoskeletal imbalances & special goals for rehabilitation. Gail’s approach involves not only treating weak/painful areas, but looking beyond to holistically address other regions which may be contributing to prolonged or persistent movement dysfunction. She uses a combination of manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, including Pilates Reformer and mat work, to achieve optimal balance with meaningful results. Gail enjoys helping adults restore and maintain peak physical fitness for return to having fun!
