  • We all possess a unique running “footprint” that can be modified and developed to avoid injury.
  • Designed by a physical therapist who understands the unique demands of running, discover how to optimize your mechanics to improve running performance and prevent injury.
What does a Running Assessment include?

  • In depth review of medical and running history.
  • Individual functional movement screen focusing on flexibility and strength.
  • Video analysis of your walking and running movements both barefoot and with shoes using motion capture software to assess key joint angles and motions to identify problem areas in any part of the running/walking cycle.
  • Detailed review of the findings including running mechanics and footwear considerations and tips for improvements.
  • Individualized movement retraining and corrective running drill recommendations.
